Bear Hugs Child Care Center, INC.

Moneca Harrison is the Executive Director, Head Teacher and Preschool Teacher. She has been working with early childhood education for 18 + years. She previously worked at the Fairfield YMCA, but when it closed families begged her to start her own facility. Fortunately, Moneca started her own business and recruited students in 2003. She enjoys helping younger children with learning development and especially loves working with babies.

Faith Harrison is the Co-Owner of Bear Hugs. She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Minor in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University. She wanted to work with the youth in inner cities and urban communities in order to make a positive impact
